Every item is one-of-a-kind and thoughtfully selected. We carefully inspect all items for imperfections and signs of wear. Measurements, quality, and materials are listed in the item description to ensure that each item is being represented with accuracy. Please note that vintage items may have signs of wear and imperfections due to age — pieces should be bought with the understanding that they have had a rich and storied previous life.

Sizing

Vintage and international numerical sizing may vary, so ETR bases sizing on measurements. Sizing returns are not accepted. Colors may vary due to display settings on various devices, so we cannot take color returns, but we will do our best to capture the true color in all photographs.

We do everything in our power to get your orders packed nicely and shipped out in a timely manner, but once the package enters the postal system, any issues should be taken up directly with your local post office.
